Millennium Drink Culture
The bar at Millennium is dedicated to using the finest organic and small batch spirits, beers and juices. We also personally infuse selected spirits with fresh organic seasonal fruits, herbs, and nuts. Our kitchen staff preps specialty items for us such as: fresh organic syrups, fruit and herbal juices and creative garnishes. Simply put, there is a lot of artistic detail and the dedication to seasonal organic ingredients that goes into every cocktail and drink served.
