Along with being a great restaurant, Millennium's mission is to be a resource for those wishing to explore a healthy diet, avant garde cooking, and unique gastronomical happenings. Throughout the year we offer wine maker dinners, chili and mushroom dinners, cooking demonstrations, and other fun events intended for the education and entertainment of those who support us. Winter Mushroom Cooking Class
Sunday February 28th, 2010

It's the first cooking class of the year & Eric insists on setting the tone with a proper mushroom culinary tutelage. Spend the day celebrating edible fungi & learn how to transform these earthly shape-shifters into tasty morsels of mealtime delight.

The first LUCKY four folks that sign up will be eligible to join a mycological foraging expedition lead by Eric Tucker the preceding Thursday February 25th. Weather permitting, of course! Details to follow for those who qualify.

Wine Wednesdays
3rd Wednesday of the month, Starting March 17, 2010

Our wine director, Chris Tavelli, has chosen a selection of wines from one of his favorite vendors, Andrew of Real Wines Company, for our first Wine Wednesday. Real Wines Co. is a small-independent wine brokerage dedicated to brining the finest small production wines to the Bay Area with an emphasis on small-lot, handcrafted wines from boutique family producers. Many of the wines they source are produced naturally and are a great match for food pairing. This will be a awesome chance to ask questions and talk with Chris and Andrew about these unique California wines. Sunday-Wednesday we offer a SWEET 3-course prix fixe option for just $39/person with an optional wine pairing for $12. Choose from selected items off our regular menu & we will happily match each course with a selection from our wine list. We want you to spill something on your shirt...not lose it!

Convert A Carnivore
Bring a Carnivorous Friend into Millennium on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and you and your friend will receive a 25% discount, excluding alcohol. The next Convert A Carnivore is Wednesday February 10th and 24th.

Aphrodisiac Nights
Every Sunday closest to the full moon, Millennium offers its Aphrodisiac Dinners, only $45 per person. In conjunction with the Hotel California we are able to offer an entire Aphrodisiac Overnight Package for $192 (This price is inclusive of the Aphrodisiac dinner for two at Millennium and your room at the Hotel California. Gratuity not included).
