We are having a very special Agave dinner in May.
This will take place in our Private Dining Room--and so space is limited.
If you enjoy Tequila, Mezcal and Eric's cooking, you will not want to miss this one!
Our bartenders are busy creating unique and delicious cocktails for this special evening.
Eric and Ryan are thrilled to cook with these spirits and to work with our bar team to create 6 courses
that complement the beverages perfectly. We will have an enthusiastic Chef (as always),
talented bartenders, agave experts, and spirit representatives
here to answer any questions you have and to enjoy the dinner with you!
There is a saying attributed to Oaxaca regarding Mezcal:
"para todo mal, mezcal, y para todo bien tambien"
("for everything bad, mezcal, and for everything good, as well").

We serve brunch once a year on Mother's Day and are thrilled to start this special day with complimentary Bellinis for all moms followed by a delicious 3 course meal! This is your only opportunity to come in for things like:
chocolate chip banana bread, hazelnut-huckleberry coffee cake,
cinnamon & sugar beignets, maple-pecan "butter", waffles with white chocolate-vanilla cream,
a benedict with grilled smoked tempeh, sweet onions, asparagus & house-made focaccia,
rosemary-pimenton roasted potatoes,roasted mushroom enchiladas with tofu "chorizo",
drunken black beans, ranchero sauce & avocado, etc etc etc!

Millennium's Annual Southern Comfort Dinner!!!

If you come in on May 30th expecting a regular evening at Millennium, you will be very surprised.
Whether you are coming back this year or coming for the first time,
you most certainly do not want to miss out on this once-a-year opportunity to don a
dirty t-shirt as a fashion statement and order a cheap Bucket'o'Beer as a
proclamation of your true Southern Comfort roots.
There will be plenty of mint juleps and squished lemonade to go around!

Sunday-Wednesday we offer a 3-course prix fixe option for just $42/person with an optional wine pairing for $13. Choose from selected items off our regular menu & we will happily match each course with a selection from our wine list!
Convert A Carnivore
Bring a Carnivorous Friend into Millennium on the 2nd & Fourth Wednesdays of every month and you and your friend will receive a 25% discount, excluding alcohol. Upcoming convert a carnivore dates: May 8 & 22.
Every Sunday closest to the full moon and every Sunday in February, Millennium offers Aphrodisiac Dinners. Seating is limited and the cost is $50/person. The Hotel California is able to discount their lowest available rate by 10% for your room if you would like to stay very closeby after dining with us!
