Millennium's mission is to be a resource for those wishing to explore a healthy diet, avant garde cooking, and unique gastronomical happenings. Throughout the year we offer wine maker dinners, chili, tomato and mushroom dinners, cooking demonstrations, and other fun events intended for the education, enjoyment and entertainment of those who support us. Here's what is coming up soon:

St. George Artisan Spirits Dinner!
We are teaming up with St. George Spirits for our next special dinner in just under two weeks! If you've tasted their products, you know why they've been inducted into the spirit journal hall of fame. We have featured St. George spirits on our menu for quite some time and are eager to honor their dedication and excellence with a private dinner. Join us for 5 (plus amuse!) courses created for and paired with St. George craft cocktails (gin, rum, whiskey, oh my)! Like our wine dinners, this dinner will take place in our Private Room. We are thrilled to have Dave Smith, distiller & blender, and Andie Ferman, distillery diplomat, at your dinner table. Chef Eric Tucker and Bar Manager Lauren Fitzgerald are putting together a delicious menu for you. Stay tuned for a sneak peek next week--but reserve before then because space is limited!

MILLENNIUM'S 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
For two decades here at Millennium we've been cooking and serving a truly dynamic array of vegan dishes, working always for you, a diverse group of committed individuals who've decided, generously and loyally, where to go OUT to dinner by looking IN on yourselves and your values. For all of you, and for us too, on September 25th 2014 we'll be hosting our twentieth anniversary celebration, passing savory appetizers against the classical backdrop of a full-bar with live music to boot. A percentage of the proceeds will go to farm sanctuary. We would love for you to join us!

Annual Chilies & Beer Dinner!
Each year we look forward to the 70 mile trip to Tierra Vegetableswhere we meet brother/sister team Lee and Wayne James, tour their beautiful farm and pick through the most flavorful peppers we can get our hands on. Relying upon sustainable farming practices in an excellent climate for what has been over thirty years now, Lee and Wayne grow more than twenty varieties of chilies and sweet peppers each year. Eric Tucker and his creative culinary team select the finest specimens of the harvest and create a delicious 5 course menu at the beginning of each Fall. Because we want Bell Pepper and Naga Jolokia lovers to be able to sit at the same table, we let you control the capsaicin while we quench your thirst with a delicious specialty beer pairing...You'll know after this dinner, if you did not already, that Eric & his team are passionate about chilies and beer--and especially their delectable coupling at your dinner table.

Sunday-Wednesday we offer a 3-course prix fixe option for just $42/person with an optional wine pairing for $13. Choose from selected items off our regular menu & we will happily match each course with a selection from our wine list!

Convert A Carnivore
Bring a Carnivorous Friend into Millennium on the 2nd & Fourth Wednesdays of every month and you and your friend will receive a 25% discount, excluding alcohol. Upcoming convert a carnivore dates: September 10 & 24.
