HOLiDAY WINEMAKER DINNER 2022
Join us on Wednesday, December 21 for 5 (plus!) courses of mushrooms (including truffles!) paired with Prima Materia wines on our covered & heated patio. These wines are rooted in food, "inspired by Italy and guided by California" and wine maker Pietro Buttitta will be present to talk about his winemaking process and each pairing specifically. Todd Spanier is a pioneer of the "sustainable" and "wild food" movements and is well known in the food industry/community in California. His company, King of Mushrooms, has provided wild foods for (hundreds of) local restaurants/businesses for nearly 20 years. Eric will of course be present to discuss the food and why he and his team created the courses they did to pair with Pietro's wines.
